Psychotherapy
 
There are times in our lives when we need to seek help from a trained person in order to deal with the inevitable difficulties of living. Alternatively, we may feel lost, empty or unfulfilled, and want to discover the more that life has to offer.

The aim of counselling and psychotherapy is to help us to understand and accept ourselves, to find the resources to embrace our difficulties, and to create fresh solutions to our problems. Within a genuine healing relationship, we learn to see 'things as they are' and are gradually able to transform our situations through increased awareness of self and others and more choiceful ways of living. The growth that occurs in therapy enables us to see possibilities for deepening our most significant relationships and for organising our lives in ways that are more in tune with our nature.

We are experienced in working at depth with long-standing psychological or relational difficulties as well as working within a time-limited/brief therapy contract.
